1. Scope
This policy applies to BrushGlow subscriptions and one-time credit packs bought through gptimage2-5.art. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Checkout and your receipt identify the product, currency, taxes, seller, and payment party. Those details control the transaction. Additional checkout terms may also apply.
This policy describes our voluntary refund arrangements. It does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Free and promotional credits have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash.
2. Eligibility overview
- First subscription: You may request a refund within seven calendar days of payment. All credits issued with that subscription must remain unused.
- One-time credit pack: You may request a refund within seven calendar days if the pack is completely unused. After any credit is used, cash refunds are generally unavailable.
- Failed task: For a confirmed system failure, we restore the credits used for that task. We do not ordinarily issue a cash refund.
- Incorrect charge: We investigate duplicate, unauthorized, and confirmed erroneous charges.
- Statutory rights: More favorable mandatory refund or withdrawal rights under local law take priority.
3. Subscription refunds
Except where the law requires otherwise, you may request a refund within seven calendar days of your first subscription payment. None of the credits issued with that subscription may have been used. This voluntary offer does not apply to renewals. It also does not apply after any subscription credit has been used or a partial billing period has elapsed.
A completed generation or editing task uses the stated credits. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically start a refund. You must submit a separate request that meets this policy.
4. One-time credit packs
Except where the law requires otherwise, you may request a refund for a completely unused one-time credit pack. You must submit the request within seven calendar days of purchase. Once any credit from the pack has been used, the pack is generally not eligible for a cash refund. We also do not generally provide a prorated refund of its remaining balance.
The Pricing page and checkout show current prices and credit validity. Expired credits are not refundable. Promotional-credit expiry or failure to use credits before expiry also does not create a right to a refund.
5. Failed generations
If we confirm that a platform or upstream system error caused a task to fail, we will restore the credits used by that task. Restoring credits is not a cash refund. It does not change their original expiry date.
An unexpected result is generally not a refundable system failure when it results from a prompt, reference image, network interruption, unsupported input, content-safety restriction, or breach of our Terms. If a paid service remains materially unavailable or undelivered, we will assess an appropriate remedy. This may include another attempt, replacement credits, or a refund where appropriate.
6. Billing errors and unauthorized charges
Contact us promptly if you see a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a transaction you do not recognize. We may ask for the order or receipt number and transaction date. We may also ask for information needed to verify the account and payment. We will correct confirmed billing errors or return them through the original payment channel.
7. Cancellation and renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew until cancelled. Each renewal covers the period shown at purchase. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Plan benefits remain available until then. We will not charge later renewals, but issued credits keep their original expiry dates.
Cancellation does not refund the most recent payment. If you believe an order qualifies for a refund, submit a separate request within the applicable time limit.
8. Mandatory consumer rights
Some places provide a legal withdrawal period or other remedies for distance purchases. These places may include the European Union, European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom. A legal exception may apply if you ask us to begin the service immediately. Where required, you must also acknowledge that beginning a digital service or delivering digital content may end your withdrawal right.
An exception applies only when all legal requirements are met. This policy does not exclude mandatory remedies for services that are non-conforming, undelivered, or otherwise legally defective.
9. How to request a refund
Email support@gptimage2-5.art and include the following information where possible. It helps us verify and process your request:
- The email address associated with your BrushGlow account;
- Your order or receipt number;
- The purchase date and product purchased; and
- The reason for your request and any relevant screenshot or transaction record.
10. Review and processing
We aim to complete an initial review within five business days after receiving all required information. We will send the outcome to your account email. Reviews involving unauthorized payments, suspected fraud, or complex transaction checks may take longer. We will tell you if we need more information or time. We normally send approved refunds to the original payment method. Your payment provider, bank, or card network controls when the funds appear. Their fees, currency conversion, and processing rules may apply.
11. Chargebacks and abuse
If you have a billing concern, contact us first so we can investigate it promptly. A lawful payment dispute does not limit your legal rights. We may restrict an account while we investigate a fraudulent request, knowingly false dispute, or other abuse. We may also take action under our Terms.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the product, payment process, or law changes. We will post a new effective date here. An update does not reduce legal rights that arose before it took effect. For questions about a refund, cancellation, or charge, email support@gptimage2-5.art.
